All quotes require an initial deposit, which will be deducted from the final invoice if you proceed with the work.

 

3. Do you offer ongoing maintenance packages?  

Yes! We provide one-time services as well as ongoing maintenance plans tailored to your needs.

 

4. Are your landscaping services available year-round?  

Yes, we operate throughout the year, adapting our services to seasonal requirements.

5. Do you provide eco-friendly or sustainable landscaping options?

8. Do I need to be present during the landscaping work?

While you don’t need to be present, we recommend being available for the initial consultation and final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction.

 

9. What payment methods do you accept?

10. Are you insured and licensed?

Yes, we are fully insured and licensed to provide landscaping services in Cheltenham

 

11. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment? 

Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charges. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee is intended to cover any costs incurred due to the late notice. The exact amount will be specified in our terms and conditions.
